How fast can a prospect sign?
About a minute from opening the link. There is no account to create, which removes the step where deals usually stall: the signer discovering they need to register for a tool they will use exactly once.
Can I send an MSA and an order form together?
Not in one link yet — each document gets its own signing request and its own link. Sending two links is currently the way to do it; sequential signing order is not supported.
Is a countersignature supported?
Not on one document yet. A signing link collects one person's signature, so for a mutual NDA you sign your copy on /sign and send the counterparty a link for theirs, and end up with two signed files.
