Onboard a new hire in minutes, not days
Send new hires a signing link for offer letters, NDAs, W-9s, direct-deposit forms and PTO policies — one link per document, signed on any device with no account.
New hires stay excited
Zero friction between offer accepted and day one — no printers, no fax.
Cheaper than DocuSign
Signing links are free. $3 covers five clean downloads, and $29 once removes the watermark from everything, signed copies included.
Central audit history
Every signed request and every download you make while signed in lands in your audit log, which exports its latest 100 entries as CSV.

Questions people ask
Can a new hire sign an offer letter before they have an account?
Yes. Send them a signing link: they read the offer and sign it in their browser, no account needed. Requiring an account before someone has even accepted the job is friction at exactly the wrong moment.
Does this replace our HRIS?
No, and it is not trying to. It handles the signing step — offer letters, NDAs, policy acknowledgements, direct-deposit forms — and gives you a signed PDF to file wherever you already keep employee records.
Can we prove an employee signed a policy?
Each signed copy ends with a certificate page recording when the employee signed, by our server's clock, the email address the request was for, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the policy as you uploaded it. Keep that PDF with their records. It shows that someone with the link signed; it does not verify identity.
