Close deals faster with e-signed offers and disclosures
Send clients a signing link for purchase agreements, buyer representation forms, lead-based paint disclosures and leases. They read it and sign on their phone in under a minute — no account, no printer, no scanner — and you both get the signed PDF.
Signed on-the-go
Buyers sign the offer between showings, on their phone, before another agent gets in.
Audit trail included
Every signed copy ends with a certificate page: who signed, when by our server's clock, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the original file, so you can show it has not been altered.
Zero recipient friction
Your client doesn't need to create an account. They tap the link, sign, done.

Questions people ask
Is an e-signed purchase agreement legally binding?
Yes. Under the US ESIGN Act and UETA, an electronic signature on a real-estate contract carries the same weight as ink, and every US state has adopted UETA or equivalent legislation. Deeds and some notarised instruments are the exception and still require traditional execution — check your state's rules before relying on an e-signature for a transfer of title.
Can my client sign on their phone?
Yes, and most do. The signing link opens in whatever browser they already have; they read the document, draw with a finger, place it on the page and tap Sign. There is no app, no account and no password to reset while they are standing in a driveway between showings.
What do I keep for my file?
The signed PDF, which you and your client can both download, ending in a certificate page with the signing time and a fingerprint of the original document — which is what you want on hand if a term is disputed months later.
